Update on Dues, News and Committee Views

Greetings Everyone!! This is the “HOA El Presidente” Praying this message Finds You ALL WELL and SAFE! Great News, After a conference call with our Board and City Village we we able to get the HOA dues Returned to $100 from the Last bill of $150 that was sent to you in error.. A New Bill reflecting the Fee of $100 will be sent out by mail soon by City Village, which is due before before June 1, 2020.. For the 4 people that have already paid the $150 you will have a credit of $50 dollars next year..

Sorry for the mix up again and we hope that we have an equally quick response on dues being ALL Paid so that we can keep our obligation of dues up to date..

I always Like to end on a Positive Note So We are as a Board are Announcing we are looking for Team Members to assist us in the following areas...FYI, low commitment, Fun, No Meetings, Zoom Calls, New ideas, fellowship and helping the Neighborhood at your comfort level..

2. Subdivision Events and Love Thy Neighboor Team : *Cards, Nice Gestures, Games, Caroling, *Block and Driveway parties, Yard sales, etc.
